This session is strongly recommended for students commencing into;
- Bachelor of Engineering (Hons); or
- Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) / Master of Engineering; or
- Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) / Dual degree with (Arts, Biotechnology, Business Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Design, Economics, Information Technology, Mathematics or Science)
You will receive important information from representatives of the University, Faculty and Schools. There will also be workshop activities with opportunities for you to meet other students in your program. A light lunch will be provided for students at the end of the sessions.
About Welcome Events for Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology Undergraduate Students
This session is for commencing Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology students and includes a short presentation about various student support areas and opportunities available to students during the course of their program at University Queensland. Students will also have the opportunity to meet new students during the design team challenge facilitated by UQ Ventures. Light refreshments will be available to students during this session.
