First Year Engineering Specialisation Events
You’re invited to come to the Engineering Specialisation events running during weeks 8 and 9 of semester 1. These events are held for engineering specialisations which you will have to choose from in 2nd year to complete your program of study. Schools will be showcasing the specialisation and promoting key student experiences that will be available to you, opportunities to contribute to special projects, learn about future research and how to get involved. Key academic staff will share valuable information about choosing the right Major and Minor for you.
We strongly suggest that all first-year engineering students in the Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)/Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Dual Programs attend these events.
Students are welcme to attend as many specialisation events as they like, please register for the events you are going to attend for catering purposes and provided any personal dietary requirements.
