Prepare for your placement
Gaining industry experience during your time at university can make a big difference when applying for opportunities after study.
Through work-integrated learning (WIL) and placements you can apply your theory into practical settings. These courses can offer you the opportunity to work with industry leading organisations to help you build essential networks, develop employability skills and gain insight into your future career.
Understand your Placement
Each WIL/placement course has different requirements and processes. Some of the placement processes require up to six months lead time so you will need to be well organised in the lead-up to your placement commencing to ensure you can start on time.
