At university, I’ve been able to work with companies that are partnered with UQ Ventures. These experiences were informative in terms of understanding how engineering practices are implemented in the real world.
Tell us about any clubs or societies that you are a member of.
I am currently the Vice-President of Growth and Engagement at the UQ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Society. So far, I’ve organised partially funded foreign trips for our members and innovation challenges on campus. Currently, I am in the process of launching our own in-house content – podcasts, articles, and merchandise as well as sourcing preliminary funding for start-ups on campus.
