Who or what made you choose to study this?
In high school I really enjoyed Physics, Maths and Digital Solutions so it was an easy choice to choose Engineering and Computer Science since my dual degree integrates all three subjects.
What do you love most about your degree?
I love how collaborative my Engineering degree is. We’re always doing a project trying to problem solve as a team which I really enjoy. I also love how technical my computer science degree is. Coding is very analytical and I love the feeling when my code is debugged and works exactly how I want it to.

The best piece of advice I could give someone considering studying at UQ is…The one piece of advice I would give is to go to Market Day and join as many clubs as you can. We have the privielge of going to a uni with a thriving social life so definelty make the most of it. At the start of 2022 I would never have thought I’d be a cheerleader but I joined the UQ Cheer and Dance Club at the start of last year on a limb and at the end of the year we won nationals!
