Learning design

Our Learning Designers will guide you through the process of reviewing, updating or co-designing your module, course or program - you can choose the support that best meets your needs.

• Providing assistance and advice in curriculum and assessment design at a program and course level
• Supporting academic staff with the uptake, development and evaluation of e-learning technologies and pedagogies
• Promoting sustainable, scalable and innovative approaches that address student experience issues identified by the Faculty and schools
• Providing educational design advice and support to the eLIPSE team of developers and project teams
• Driving and supporting the adoption of existing technologies that can enhance the student experience (including eLIPSE tools)
• Reviewing programs/courses, specific platforms, tools, and learning and teaching practices
• Maintaining knowledge of current best practices and future opportunities in blended teaching and learning across the higher education sector and communicating this knowledge to the Faculty and wider University community
• Contributing to and participating in scholarship of teaching and learning activities, including those leading to funding and/or publication
• Participating in the review of tools developed by eLIPSE as part of technology enhanced learning
• Providing project management for both short and longer term research projects
