The application process involves the following processes:

  1. Application to UQ
  2. Nomination to host institution
  3. Application to host institution

In order to be considered, you must first meet UQ's internal eligibility requirements.

  1. Attend an information session
  2. Ensure you meet eligibility requirements
  3. Request a progression check
  4. Submit your application
  1. Nomination to the host institution
  2. Apply to the host institution
  3. Prepare for departure
  4. Additional considerations

5. Nomination to the host institution

Provided you are accepted into the program under UQ's internal requirements, you will be offered a place in the program. Once you have formally accepted your place in the program, a nomination will be made to your host institution. This will happen internally at UQ, and you will not need to do anything at this stage.

Following nomination, you may be invited to a virtual session with your host institution to discuss steps moving forward and any questions you may have.
